Will the delisted games “Deadpool” and “Marvel Ultimate Alliance” possibly return?

0

With Deadpool & Wolverine grossing over a billion dollars at the box office, it's surprising that more merchandise hasn't been released to go with it. Sure, there's Fortnite stuff, but what about video games?

There is speculation that previously released console titles Deadpool and Marvel Ultimate Alliance, as well as a retro classic from the Xbox 360 era, could be re-released. But how likely is that?

One of the XboxEra podcast hosts claims that the long-defunct action game and Marvel RPG could be revived on the Xbox Series S. Since Microsoft bought Activision, the company behind the release of the two titles, this is entirely possible.

Would Marvel be interested in revising the licensing of games that are more than ten years old? In the case of Marvel Ultimate Alliance, it's been 18 years since the title was released on the Xbox 360.

It's all a rumor.

Both returned briefly in the mid to late 1980s.
