Earlier, Narveson had scored a 59-yard field goal with 7:53 minutes left to give the Titans the lead, before Seahawks kicker Jason Myers secured the lead again with a 50-yard field goal with 1:55 minutes left.

The Titans won that game twice, improving their previous season record to 2-0.

“I told the guys in the locker room, people like to say the preseason doesn't mean anything,” coach Brian Callahan said. “Well, to us, it means something. It means something to the guys that are playing, and that's why it's important for us to go out there and play well and find a way to win a game. Again, it's not going to count for the standings at the end of the year, but it's important and it's important to see these guys play well and leave the field feeling successful.”

Mason Rudolph led the game-winning drive and finished the game with 10 of 17 passes for 125 yards and a touchdown.

Malik Willis started the contest and finished the game 12 of 16 for 116 yards.

After falling behind 9-0, the Titans got on the scoreboard with 38 seconds left before halftime with a 15-yard touchdown pass from Rudolph to receiver Nick Westbook-Ikhine, making the score 9-7.

It was the culmination of a 10-play, 78-yard drive by Rudolph, who replaced Willis in the second quarter.

Seattle had previously taken a 6-0 lead late in the first quarter with a 23-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Sam Howell to receiver Easop Winston and extended its lead to 9-0 with a 27-yard field goal from kicker Jason Myers.

After Tennessee's touchdown, Myers kicked another field goal, making the score 12-7 at halftime.

After a scoreless third quarter, a 21-yard field goal by Narveson capped a 14-play, 73-yard drive and put the team up 12-10 with 14:12 minutes left in the game.

Then, on the home stretch, Narveson delivered some crucial kicks that got the crowd going, sending them streaming toward the exits and the players on the field cheering.

Willis and Rudolph both played long stretches for the Titans, while starting quarterback Will Levis watched from the sidelines in a long-sleeved T-shirt, shorts and a baseball cap.

Titans rookie edge rusher Jaylen Harrell recorded two sacks for the Titans, while defensive lineman Isaiah Iton added another. Receiver Jha'Quan Jackson led the Titans with four catches for 57 yards.

Next up is the season finale in New Orleans next Sunday, after which the regular season begins.

“It was fun,” said Rudolph, who led the game-winning drive after the team took control at their own 30-yard line with 1:55 left. “We didn't have a lot to do in the two minutes. And so I was proud of the way the guys communicated with each other in practice and remembered our routines and huddles. Whether we were in the huddle or not, we crossed the line, came out of the field and ran to the referee for the ball. So that's pretty much it — it's good to get a dry run for that in the preseason.”
