UFC fighter Casey O'Neill hosts the “Raygun” celebration in honor of the Australian Olympic breakdancer

UFC 305 is streaming LIVE from Perth, Australia, with a rematch between Dricus du Plessis and Israel Adesanya in tonight's main event – but the prelims have only just wrapped up and I thought I'd share a few of the highlights with you, the first of which is Casey O'Neill's “raygun” celebration after she claimed a unanimous decision victory over Luana Santos…

This is, of course, a tribute to the Australian Olympic breakdancer who went super-viral for flopping around like a fish on the most prestigious sporting stage on the planet…

…but if you didn't know that, I can't imagine how upsetting that was. I wonder if Luana knew or not. But it was actually a fun celebration – her compliments.

On the other hand – something that made me cringe?

Look at the welts on Rick Glenn's damn head! It looks like a piece of viral marketing for the new Alien movie! He's got a chest buster trying to come out of his skull! Gross. Disgusting. No offense, Rick Glenn.

Jesus Aguilar opened the card with a guilty jump (Greetings to Dustin Poirier) and actually having to inform the referee when his opponent lost consciousness…

Herbert Burns said “no mas” after Jack Jenkins completely cut off his legs…

Burns is currently 2-4 in the UFC and 0-4 in his last four attempts. I'm not sure if he'll get another chance or not.

Strangely, Junior Tafa was hit with a heel hook beforehand and screamed in pain (which is considered oral submission and has always been the case) and then got angry at Valter Walker and slapped him afterwards?

Walker did have a good review afterward, however, saying he wanted Junior's brother Justin next. This rivalry between the Tafa and Walker brothers could be something special. Maybe Dana could get an international commission to agree to the first-ever tag team match on Fight Island?

The main card is here now; I'm taking Prates, Tuivasa, Hooker, Erceg, Adesanya. I might regret the Tuivasa/Hooker selection later, but screw it – in the words of Joey Diaz, let's have some fucking fun.
