Are you struggling to cope with these uncertain times? Do you feel like you lack personal control over your life? Are you struggling? In this workshop you will learn coping skills and mindfulness to help you manage anxiety and stress.

Please register 24 hours before the group starts to receive the invitation to the online meeting.

All Wellness Hub events are open to registered McGill students only. To protect our virtual space, please do not grant anyone else access to your registration information.
