Shaq's direct message to WWE Woman leaked

Former WWE star Mandy Rose has revealed that basketball legend Shaquille O'Neal contacted her following her departure from WWE. Rose's firing came as quite a shock to fans, who also showed their support for the former NXT Women's Champion during this time.

In December 2022, Mandy Rose was released from WWE because her content was behind a paywall. During this time, many artists and personalities from the wrestling world publicly supported Rose. It turns out that she also received support from Shaq.

NBA Hall of Famer Shaquille O'Neal also contacted Rose via direct message. Speaking to the I-95 Morning Show, Rose revealed that Shaquille O'Neal contacted her after her release.

“Shaq. But it wasn't scary or anything, it was when I got released. Super cool guy, I've heard really great things about him. I think I met him in person once. It was when I got released and the newspaper articles and all this crazy stuff came out. It was really sweet, he just messaged me and said hang in there, you're great, I love you kid, or something like, you're going to be OK. It's one of those things, he must have seen something and probably felt bad. That was really cool.”

Mandy Rose hasn't returned to the ring since leaving WWE. Her paid premium content that led to her release proved successful, as memberships to her website brought in a lot of money, and she doesn't seem to be stopping anytime soon.
