Video: The cold open of UFC 305 shows the hostile confrontation between Dricus Du Plessis and Israel Adesanya

The UFC returns to Australia on Saturday with a superstar at the top of the lineup looking to become a three-time champion.

On Friday, the UFC released the Cold Open video of UFC 305. The card features a middleweight title fight between champion [autotag]Dricus Du Plessis[/autotag] (21-2 MMA, 7-0 UFC) and two-time former champion [autotag]Israel Adesanya[/autotag] (24-3 MMA, 13-3 UFC).

The video, featuring actor and regular UFC voice-over narrator Ron Perlman and a background soundtrack of “Thunder and Lightning” by Vo Williams (the official intro music of the Tampa Bay Lightning), also features the co-main event in the UFC’s third visit to Perth in six years.
