Elon Musk posted an AI-generated video with Donald Trump in which the two rock out to the Bee Gees' cult song “Stayin' Alive.”

Tesla CEO Elon Musk and former President Donald Trump often make headlines with their bold statements. Recently, both were trending for friendly interviews on X ahead of the US presidential election. But it's not just their conversations that are causing a stir: The tech billionaire recently posted an AI-generated video with the real estate magnate in which the two dance in perfect sync to Bee Gees' iconic song “Stayin' Alive.” Dressed in smart suits, the duo took the internet by storm by showing off their surprisingly smooth and well-coordinated dance moves. Since Musk shared the hilarious clip on social media, it has been viewed over 118 million times.

Deepfake videos have been on the rise in recent months as some use the technology to mislead their viewers. However, people like Musk are using this technology for fun. While some viewers found the video embarrassing, the majority of social media users liked the mix of AI and a nostalgic pop culture reference. The CEO shared the video on X and added a hilarious caption poking fun at those who thought the video was fake. Musk wrote, “Haters will say this is AI.”

Reacting to the post, one user wrote: “This is real. I was there when they filmed it.”

Another said: “What a time to be alive.”

“Two people who were truly focused on giving this country back to the people,” said one commentator.

Another noted: “Whatever it is, it's great.”

One person shared: “It's really impressive that you and Donald each lost about 40 pounds overnight and that you both became such insanely good dancers.”

Another added: “This makes me so incredibly happy. The way you all save the world and make us laugh at the same time is so incredible.”

Although Elon Musk shared the AI-generated video without crediting anyone, the dance moves were originally performed by content creators Vik White and Aubrey Fisher.

The friendship between Elon Musk and Donald Trump has reached its peak ahead of the US presidential election in November 2024. Musk publicly supports the Republican who is running against Kamala Harris of the Democratic Party.
