Herman and his lawyer did not appear at the meeting before the POST Commission.

A Metro Police attorney spoke with Herman and his attorney last night, and since charges are still pending, he agreed to suspend his POST certification indefinitely.

Herman is due to appear in court on September 19 to face his criminal charges.

How this story came about

The video, titled “I can't believe he didn't arrest me,” was originally posted by a woman named “Jordin” who was in the driver's seat. A man in the passenger seat can be heard telling Jordin he knew she was going to get pulled over for her speed.

The man pans the camera from the rear window to reveal a white cop car. Jordin is then heard saying, “I'm not getting a ticket… I'm going to show him my tits.”

A moment later, an officer is seen walking toward the driver's door and introducing himself as “Officer Johnson of the PD.” His police badge and vehicle are visible in the video. NewsChannel 5 investigates I later learned that he was on duty when the video was made.

He is then seen reaching into the car and groping Jordin's breast before grabbing himself.
