UFC 305 press conference video, LIVE stream updates from Perth | Du Plessis vs. Adesanya

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) will host a special pre-fight press conference for select athletes participating in the upcoming UFC305 Pay-per-view (PPV) event, the main theme of which is the five-round title fight between the reigning middleweight champion Dricus Du Plessis against the former division title holder Israel Adesanya in the RAC Arena in PerthWestern Australia.

Tonight UFC305 The press conference stream starts promptly at 4 a.m. ET, LIVE in the video embedded above (Thursday night to Friday morning). In addition to Du Plessis and Adesanya, today's media festivities will also feature the flyweight co-headliners Kai Kara-France And Steve Ercegas well as Mateusz Gamrot And Daniel Hookeramong other things.

“We've revamped the whole training system in our gym and revamped everything,” Adesanya told UFC.com. “We even have rest weeks now. Crazy. We've never had that before. I'm coming back fresh and hitting it hard for the next four weeks. It's been fun. It's given me a whole different perspective. Maturity happens at different stages for me and in the last 11 months I've grown a lot in many ways. This is probably one of the best – if not the best – camp I've ever had.”
