EHT's Taco el Tio video goes super viral on TikTok

A TikTok video filmed at a restaurant in Egg Harbor Township is currently causing a stir on the internet.

Millions of views for TikTok video

Mexican restaurant Taco el Tio (one of my favorite places!) has a video that's blowing up TikTok this week.

To date, the video has been viewed over 14.8 million times.

The video is only six seconds long, but people love it.

The inscription reads: “They don’t know how much they are appreciated.”

The film appears to have been shot in the restaurant's kitchen. A waitress tells two kitchen workers how much a customer enjoyed one of her dishes:

So far, the video has over 3 million likes and almost 4,000 comments.

  • The kitchen staff’s answer seems to really please people:
  • “For non-Spanish speakers, he said, “Que dijo,” which translates to “What did she say?” They're either happy that they did something good, or they're happy because she did it – but they don't understand.”
  • “The high “que dijo” is meeeee asff.”
  • “the empty smile of not understanding overcomes all language barriers.”

Taco el Tio is fantastic

While their TikTok work is great, I can tell you that the food and atmosphere at Taco El Tio are both excellent! It's a great place to go after work or on a night out.
