UPSC Combined Geo-Scientist Main Exam Result 2024: The exam was held on June 22 and 23. Those who cleared the main exam will next be called by the board for interview/personality test.

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the result of the Combined Geo-Scientist Mains Examination 2024. The candidates who appeared in the examination can check their results on upsc.gov.in. The examination was held on June 22 and 23. Those who cleared the mains examination will next be called for the interview/personality test by the Commission.

“The candidature of these candidates is PROVISIONAL and subject to their being found suitable in all respects. The candidates will have to produce the original certificates in support of their claim regarding age, educational qualification, community, physical disability, EWS etc. at the time of personality test. They are, therefore, advised to keep the said certificates ready,” the UPSC official notification said.

UPSC COMBINED GEO-SCIENTIST MAINS RESULT 2024: HOW TO CHECK?

Step 1: Go to the official website upsconline.nic.in

Step 2: On the homepage, look for the link “UPSC Combined Geo-Scientist (Mains) Examination Result, 2024”

Step 3: Click on the PDF link

Step 4: The result notification along with the registration numbers of the qualified candidates will be displayed on the screen

Step 5: Candidates can print the PDF file for later use.

The candidates who have passed the main examination will have to fill the detailed application form. The candidates will be called for an interview. The date will be published on the Commission's website in due course. The exact date of the interview will be communicated to the candidates through email.

“The instructions for filling the DAF are available on the website along with the rules of Combined Geoscientist Examination 2024 and must be read carefully with regard to the original certificates to be produced at the time of interview. The candidate will be solely responsible if he/she does not produce sufficient valid proofs of his/her age, date of birth, educational qualifications, caste (SC/ST/OBC), EWS status and physical disability status. The qualified candidates will have to bring all the original certificates for verification during the interview/personality test,” the notification added.
