Inspector-in-charge Chhatrapal Singh said that Talwar, who lives in Sector M-1 of Aashiana, is a member of Vardaan Helping Human LT. According to his complaint, Prince Gautam, Krishna Chauhan and Aman seriously injured the dog on Monday.
