BEL AIR, Aug. 11 (AP) – At least one person died when an apparent explosion leveled a home in a city northeast of Baltimore, fire officials said Sunday.

Andrew Doyle, a spokesman for the Harford County Fire and Emergency Services, confirmed the death in an email.
