HOW TO PLAY SHILLONG LOTTERY?

1. Experienced archers shoot 20 arrows in the second round and 30 arrows in the first during the two-minute tar game.
2. The number set by the participant indicating how many arrows he thinks will hit the target must be between 0 and 99.
3. In each round, the person with the most accurate guesses wins.
4. Lottery tickets for any number between 1 and 50 rupees can be purchased from authorized retailers.

The winnings of the Shillong Teer lottery are determined by the total and accuracy of each player's predictions.
