Florence Speedway Results: Bobby Pierce Jr. wins Lucas Oil North-South 100

Bobby Pierce Jr. is $75,000 richer after winning the Lucas Oil North/South 100 on August 10 at Florence Speedway in Florence, Kentucky.

Saturday night's feature race in Northern Kentucky featured the largest purse in the race's history, and Pierce claimed it with a first-place finish. Pierce led the first quarter of the race until he was passed by Mike Marlar and then Devin Moran.

After several cautions in the second half of the race, Pierce took control in the final laps and won a feature race at Florence Speedway for the second time this week.

Qualifying for the North/South 100 race began on Thursday, and each qualifying night featured semifinal races, with Jonathan Davenport, Pierce and Ricky Thornton Jr. emerging as winners.

But the big race was on Saturday. Here are the results from Florence Speedway.
