Maryland football landed its sixth four-star recruit for the class of 2025 on Saturday when athlete Messiah Delhomme joined the Terps.

Delhomme is 6'1″ and weighs 195 pounds. He attends Warwick High School in Newport News, Virginia, where he plays wide receiver and safety. He is the No. 192 player in his class and the No. 5 player from Virginia, according to the 247Sport Assembled.

Delhomme chose Maryland over Ohio State, Virginia and Virginia Tech. He also received offers from Alabama, Auburn and Michigan.

He is the second-highest-ranked player in Maryland's 2025 recruiting class and, along with fellow four-star players Jaylen Gilchrist (IOL), Malik Washington (QB), Iverson Howard (RB), Zymear Smith (ATH) and Bryce Jenkins (DL), is part of one of Maryland's best recruiting classes in years.

With Delhomme's addition, the Terps' 2025 recruiting class includes 22 players, with Delhomme being the third athlete. The class, which was ranked 26th nationally on Saturday, is now ranked 23rd in the country, according to 247Sport.
